Every report you get is emailed to you as a PDF and an editable Word doc. Once it's in your inbox, it's yours β your copy, your backup, your filing system. We keep a working copy on our end for about 90 days so we can reissue or correct a report if you ask, then it's deleted. We don't onsell your data and we don't use it to train anything.
Parts of the stack are hosted overseas, like most software these days. We'll walk you through exactly what goes where during onboarding. If you need strict Australia-only data handling β government, health, critical infrastructure β tell us upfront so we can work out whether we're the right fit.
